A figure struggles toward a distant town, bent almost double under the weight of ten wands. He can barely see where he is going. He has taken on too much — willingly or not — and the load is almost crushing. Yet the town is in sight.

Reversed, the bundle drops. This may be a welcome release — burdens delegated or let go at last — or it may be a collapse from sheer overwhelm. Either way, the load is no longer being carried as it was.

Upright

The destination is visible — you will make it. But put down anything that isn't essential to the journey. Simplify the load before you collapse under it.

Reversed

Whether you chose it or the situation forced it, use this moment of lighter load to reassess what you'll choose to carry going forward.

Ten brings the suit to its fullest expression — and in Wands, full expression means the creative, driving fire fully manifested in material responsibility. Success has a weight.

Suffering under a burden in silence is not virtue. Ask for help; delegate; release what isn't truly yours to carry.
